New Families to Tyler ISD

If none of your children have ever been enrolled in Tyler ISD, you are considered a New Family.

Families are asked to provide detailed information for each child attending a Tyler ISD school.

  • Please be sure to complete all forms by clicking the submit button at the end of each form.

  • Please upload pictures or files of each of the required documents listed below: 

    • Birth Certificate for each student

    • Social Security Card for each student

    • Current Immunization Records for each student

    • Proof of Residency (water bill, electric bill, etc. in the parent/guardian's name)

    • The parent/guardian must provide their drivers license or photo ID

    • Withdrawal form(s) if available from previous school (if moving from another district)

  • Please complete the process by clicking Confirm Enrollment at the end.
