New Families to Tyler ISD
If none of your children have ever been enrolled in Tyler ISD, you are considered a New Family.
Families are asked to provide detailed information for each child attending a Tyler ISD school.
Please be sure to complete all forms by clicking the submit button at the end of each form.
Please upload pictures or files of each of the required documents listed below:
Birth Certificate for each student
Social Security Card for each student
Current Immunization Records for each student
Proof of Residency (water bill, electric bill, etc. in the parent/guardian's name)
The parent/guardian must provide their drivers license or photo ID
Withdrawal form(s) if available from previous school (if moving from another district)
Please complete the process by clicking Confirm Enrollment at the end.

Create a New User Account
Proceed to Online Registration
If unable to upload, turn in the required paperwork to the student's campus or early registration event.
