Mrs. Adrienne N. McDonald

I am a proud wife, mom to two beautiful children, Graeme, 6 and Mia, 3, school counselor, and happy Methodist. I earned my B.A. from the University of South Carolina in Experimental Psychology, and my M.A. in Education Administration from Lamar University. I have my teaching certificate, my counseling certificate, as well as my principal certificate. I have been in education for 10 years. This is my fourth year as a school counselor. Prior to counseling, I taught History, Health, First Aid and CPR, in addition to being a men's and women's golf coach, volleyball, basketball and track coach. I also played professional golf on the Symetra Tour as well as the Canadian Tour for several years. I was able to travel the world, and experience amazing diversity. I taught Tae Kwon Do for several years, and currently hold a fourth degree black belt. My hobbies include playing golf, CrossFit, Camp Gladiator, competing in races, and most of all, playing with my children and watching them learn new skills. I am energetic and full of passion. I love being around, learning from, and encouraging others. My goal is to help every student grow and succeed, leaving better than they came. Everyone can acheive greatness no matter what. I want to help your child learn their true potential and reach for the stars! You may call the office and schedule "Coffee with the Counselor." Be ORRmazing! Let's R.O.A.R.!
