    Caldwell Arts Camps are designed to give students access to various art forms during the summer in order to hone skills and continue their experience from the school year. Below are the dates, registration forms and descriptions of each camp. Please do not hesitate to contact the office during summer hours for further information or contac the camp director directly.     Musical Theater Camp- July 9th through the 13th- Wizard of Oz:

    Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will be offering a one week musical theater camp this summer.  Your child will participate in classes to explore musical theater, and culminate the week with a performance of Wizard of Oz. Camps will run from 9:00 to 4:00. The sessions will be held on the Caldwell campus July 9-13. Students will need to bring a sack lunch for camp.  The cost for registration is $125. Students will be working with Craig Lee, head of Performance at Trinity Valley Community College and Katy Lee, choreographer for the Caldwell Musicals. If you are interested in more information about this camp, please contact Katy Lee at katy.lee@tylerisd.org for details.     Digital and Visual Arts Camp- July 16th through the 20th- "Portraits of Me":

    Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will be offering a unique summer experience for your child. This camp will focus on combining digital art with photography and visual art. Students will create a series of self-portraits while learning the rules photography, digital editing methods and incorporating visual art techniques. The camp will conclude with a reception and gallery showing of student artwork. Camp will run from 8:00 each morning until 12:00 each afternoon July 16-20th.  The cost for early registration is $125.     Music Camp- July 23rd through the 27th- Instruments:

    Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will be offering a one-week music camp this summer. This camp will run from July 23rd through July 27th from 8:00-12:00 (Monday-Friday). Students will need to bring their own lunch but a snack will be provided. The sessions will be held in the Caldwell Auditorium. The cost of the registration is $125. Students will be working with Mr. Williams and other instrumentalist to sharpen their understanding of select instruments.     Drumline Camp- July 30th through the August 3rd- Drumline:

    Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will be offering a one-week drumline camp this summer. This camp will run from July 30th through August 3rd from 8:00-12:00 (Monday-Friday). Students will need to bring their own lunch but a snack will be provided. The sessions will be held in the Caldwell Gym. The cost of the registration is $125. Students will be working with Mr. Trent Spradlin and other percussionist to sharpen their skills in the drumline.     Music Camp- August 6th through 10th- Instrument Tutorials:

    Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will be offering a one-week music camp. This camp will run from August 6th through August 10th from 8:00-12:00 (Monday-Friday). Students will need to bring their own lunch but a snack will be provided. This camp is reserved for any student who attends the first instrument camp or drumline camp to continue practicing their skills. It will be provided at no cost, but you must attend previous camp. If you are interested in more information about the camp, please contact Mr. Williams at John.Wi11iams2@tylerisd.org for details.
