Welcome to Mr. Bowser’s page! I am the Criminal Justice teacher at the John Tyler High School and the Career Technology Center. I have over eight years of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement experience. I have worked as a Patrol Deputy for Smith County for four years, and three years at the Smith County Jail, and a Reserve Peace Officer. I have also worked at the Azelway Boys Home, in Smith County.
