Mrs. Nola Beard
I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with certification in Special Educaiton from Henderson State University in 1999. In 2003, I obtained my Masters of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix ground campus in Hawaii with my content area in history. In 2014, I became a Autism Specialist and in 2016 a Registered Behavioral technition. I consider myself a life long learner and am over 1/2 way through my Doctorate in Education Leadership.
I teach the PTC ( Precision Teachig Class) working with high functioning children wtth Autism, My work focuses on supportig their social and behavioral needs in order for the student to obtain success in the general educational setting. My room is T2. My conference is 7th period which is from 2:50 - 3:45.
I beleive that all students can learn and make progress. My favorate guote is "No one knows how much you know until they know how much you care." This is truely how I feel and why I strive to make a persoal relationship with all students.

I am blessed with a wonderful family. My husband and I enjoy a blended family. He is my support and best friend. My oldest son is in the Air-force and has blessed me with my only grandchild. My daughter is startig High School and my youngest son is in second grade.
