Ms. Alicia Greenwood

Hello and welcome to my Culinary Arts page!  I teach one section of Culinary Arts 1 at the Career and Technology Center and four sections of Introduction to Culinary Arts at Robert E. Lee High School.   I am a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management and I have over 10 years experience in multiple areas of the hospitality industry.  This is my fourth year teaching and I am looking forward to this 2019-2020 year.

I am very excited about the growth of our program and all of the opportunities afforded to our students in the foodservice industry.  Our students get hands-on experience in all aspects of hospitality through cooking labs, service events, catering events and eventually working in the full commercial kitchen and Café at the CTC.  You can follow the students' learning on the Culinary Cafe's Twitter , Instagram @ctc_cafe_tisd or Facebook TISD Culinary Cafe.
