     Money for College Monday 4:00 - 6:30 @ CTC  OCTOBER 23, 2017 

    Parents and students will receive help on the FAFSA from TJC and UTT representatives! Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as soon after October 1 as possible.

    * For fall 2018, use 2016 Tax Returns! 

    *Register for a FSA ID# which is required for your FAFSA in October.  https://studentaid.edu.gov/sa/fafsa/filling-out/fsaid  (The student and at least one parent need a FSA ID# to electronically sign the FAFSA.  

    Filling it out is the first step in accessing the largest source of federal, state and college financial aid. It is important for EVERY senior to fill out a FAFSA in order to take advantage of all need and merit based financial aid available.  Get more information about the FAFSA here.

    Introducing Micro-Scholarships!! 

    Raise.me allows high school students to earn scholarships from colleges for their achievements in and out of the classroom. Starting in 9th grade, students can be eligible to start earning scholarships for their achievements like good grades, perfect attendance, leadership roles, participation in sports & clubs, community service, test scores, and more!     These resources are available to all TISD high school students!  If you are a senior and you haven't taken your entrance exam yet, or need to take it again, jump in TODAY and make the most of these resources!  If you are a junior, you will need to take your SAT and/or ACT this Spring, so log in and get started now!
