    About the CTC

The Career & Technology Center serves hundreds of high school juniors and seniors in Tyler ISD.  A wide variety of options allow students to explore career pathways and earn certificates and licensures before they graduate high school.  We partner with local colleges to provide opportunities for students to earn dual credit and get a jump start on their post-secondary plans. There is something for everyone in Career & Technical Education. We offer course sequences in the following areas:

Agriculture, Architecture, Audio/ Visual Technology, Automotive Collision Repair, Business, Construction, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Education & Training, Engineering, Health Science, Hospitality, Information Technology and Welding. Our programs of study are individualized to meet the needs of every CTE student. Browse the Tyler ISD CTE Pathway Guide for more information.
