Mr. Joseph Guzzetta
Welcome to the Culinary Arts webpage. I teach one section of Culinary Arts 1 and two sections Practicum of Culinary Arts. I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I am a graduate of The State University of New York at Plattsburgh '90 and Paul Smiths College '01. This is my fourth year teaching and I really enjoy exposing students to foods they never imagined they would like.
I am very excited about our third year at the Career & Technology Center. It is an amazing facility that is a testament to this community's dedication to the education and job readiness of our children. We have a full commercial kitchen and Café that will be open to the public. This will give our students the proper environment to prepare to work in the food service industry. You can follow the students' learning on Twitter or Instagram @ctc_cafe_tisd.
If you have any questions, I have office hours from 10:15-11:00 Monday-Friday at the Career & Technology Center on Earl Campbell Parkway, or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please direct all catering or cafe questions to email@example.com
