NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Tyler ISD will receive sealed proposals for the “Tyler ISD 2017 Bond Construction Project – Furniture Packages for John Tyler and Robert E. Lee High Schools " project until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Tyler ISD Administration Building.
Scope of Work: Furnish and Install Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment as specified for the new and renovated John Tyler and Robert E. Lee High Schools.

Envelope or Email Subject Line should be plainly marked: Proposal: “Tyler ISD FFE Packages - John Tyler & Robert E. Lee High Schools"
Proposals can be emailed in the format specified, mailed or hand delivered. Proposals will be opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. No bid may be changed, amended, or modified in any manner after it has been submitted. A bid may be withdrawn and another bid submitted prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
Each high school will be bid as a separate project. TISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids. TISD reserves the right to award contracts for each campus to different bidders, even if one bidder is low on both campuses. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Tyler ISD.
Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required on this project. Bid Bonds must be received by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Tyler ISD Administration Building.
