Issues
- Have you checked to make sure all your cables are
plugged in completely?
- Have you restarted your computer? Most issues are
solved by simply turning the computer off and back on.

Pinnacle Issues
- Missing Students- Are you
not seeing students in your class file? If you have
seen the students in TEAMS attendance on previous days you
might need to go to the Pinnacle menu and choose Update
Roster.
- Wrong Six Weeks- Are your grade
files showing the wrong six weeks? Click the orange
arrows on the toolbar to move from six weeks to six weeks.
