Linda Kunze
is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She has an Elementary
Education degree with many eclectic graduate hours in gifted
education, early childhood education and curriculum. She has
taught kindergarten and 1st grade for Omaha Public schools. She has a son with an art
degree, a daughter with a math degree, and another son who
is a DVM who just passed his written boards to become a
diplomat in the American College of Veterinary
Radiologists! There is a 75% fail rate...and she is a very
proud mother. Believe it or not, two of her three kids live in Texas
and one lives in Moab, Utah. She has
three grandchildren. When the kids went to school, she
volunteered at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, then worked
her
way up to being Education Curator. She worked part time at HDZ
and was also a director for pre-school. She moved to
Oklahoma City Zoo, then found her niche at the Caldwell Zoo
in Tyler. She loves her job where everyday is a learning experience and everyday is new and
different. |
