Procedures

Daily Materials: You will need the following every day for class---notebook, agenda, pencils and I will supply your Science Journal which will be kept in class.

Homework: We will have limited assignments but when they are assigned, you must have them complete by the next class period.

Tests: Test are a measure of what you are learning and will be recorded as an assessment. You will have a six weeks test and daily quizzes. The district will also test you over TAKS objectives and this will also be recorded as a test grade.

Make up work: MAKE UP WORK IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Come for tutorials immediately after an absence and find out what you missed. You will be given two days for every day you are out to make up your missed work.

Tutorials: I am available from 8:00 -8:35 am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. You MUST arrive on time. Late work will be accepted at tutorials but will receive a grade no higher than 70. Failed tests corrected during tutorials are eligible for a re-grade but will receive a grade no higher than 70.
