Challenge.
Hubbard joined other TISD students in attending a presentation
of the program on September 8th, 2008 at Caldwell Auditorium.
Sponsored by Safe and Drug Free Schools,
the Rachel’s Challenge program inspires, instructs and enables
students to bring positive change to their school’s atmosphere.
The program was created by the father of a student who was
tragically killed at Columbine High School.
