Fourth Grade Math & Science
It is a joy
to be back at Bell Elementary! I went to Bell Elementary as a
child and still carry many memories with me! I also attended
Moore Middle School and graduated from Robert E. Lee High
School. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in
Nacogdoches, TX with a major in Elementary Education with a
specialty in mathematics.
This will be my third year of teaching at Bell Elementary.
Children have a special place in my heart and I enjoy teaching
and working with them. I have worked at Green Acres Baptist
Church Day Camp as a counselor for 2 summers and later as the
assistant director for 2 summers. I have also taught dance
lessons at Dance-N-Drill for 4 years.
If I’m not teaching at the school, I am playing with my
Chihuahua, Belle, working on my scrapbooks, or spending time
with family and friends. I also enjoy photography, taking walks,
and working in the yard.
I teach the math and science portion of 4th grade while my
partner teaches reading, writing, and social studies. My
students can look forward to lots of hands-on activities and fun
ways to learn! We will explore and discover new ways to
problem-solve and write our very own word problems. We are going
to have a great year!
