Elementary School first opened in 1951, located at the site that
is now
the playground and track for the present school building.
The school was named for
Mr. Henry Marsh Bell, a Tyler native
and long-time community leader.
The present building opened in 2006,
the first school built as part of the
2004 TISD School Bond program.
