Rewards for Success  

2006 - 2007 Recipients

The Incentive Pay for the Rewards for Success Program rewards all eligible campus employees if the campus met the district, state, or improvement criteria.  The following schools were awarded:

Met District Criteria:

Caldwell Arts Academy: 46 professional employees will receive $1,500 each

                                      14 paraprofessionals will receive $750 each

Met State Criteria:

Clarkston Elementary:     43 professional employees will receive $1,000 each

                                      28 paraprofessionals will receive $500 each

Jones Elementary:           35 professional employees will receive $1,150 each

                                      15  paraprofessionals will receive $575 each

Owens Elementary:         48 professional employees will receive $1,000 each

                                      12 paraprofessionals will receive $500 each

Peete Elementary:           33 professional employees will receive $1,150 each

                                      15 paraprofessionals will receive $575 each

Woods Elementary:        52 professional employees will receive $1,000 each

                                      18 paraprofessionals will receive $500 each

Improvement Criteria for Overall Gain in TAKS Scores:

Birdwell Elementary:       48 professional employees will receive $575 each

                                      18 paraprofessionals will receive $287.50 each
