James Slayton is an Electronics Maintenance Specialist for the Electronic Service Center located at 730 S. Chilton at the Gary Administrative Annex.  James came to Tyler ISD in December 2000 and has been working in the field of Technology for 9 years.

James holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Kaw Area Technical School, Topeka, Kansas.  Along with his AAS degree, James is also certified to work on multiple brands of printers and copiers.

James is the primary administrative support for the Electronic Service Center. He assists the Service Manager and Technicians at the ESC with warranty parts and non warranty parts along with other administrative duties.  James can be contacted at james.slayton@tylerisd.org or (903) 262-3170.
