The curriculum will cover skills that are not only age appropriate but will encourage students to become lifelong learners as well.

Students will engage in hands-on activities, cooperative learning and enrichment activities.  Basic core subjects (Math, Reading, Writing, Language Arts, Social Studies and Science) are taught using the materials that will keep students engaged in their own learning.  Students spend time daily reading for enjoyment in addition to reading to enhance the skill of becoming a better reader.  Various field trips are scheduled in order to add to his/her personal experiences. 

In order to assist children in becoming well rounded - art, music, P.E., track, writing workshops, volleyball, motivational speakers, G/T, student government and banking are activities that are presented on a daily, weekly or annually  in order to enhance the student's day.

Teachers, parents and administrators are working together to make sure that each child has a positive and successful experience during the school year. 

Los maestros y alumnos de cuarto grado van a tener un gran año de aprendizaje y enseñanza.

El currículo cubre destrezas que son apropiadas para su edad pero que además les enseñaran a seguir aprendiendo de por vida.

Los estudiantes trabajan con actividades hands-on, aprendizaje cooperativo y actividades de enriquecimiento.  Se enseñan las asignaturas (matemáticas, lectura, escritura, estudios sociales, ciencias) de forma que los estudiantes formen parte de su propio aprendizaje. Los estudiantes leen para mejorar pero tambien por diversión. Habrá paseos para ayudarles con sus experiencias personales. 

También hay otras actividades, arte, música, p.e., talleres de escritura, voleibol, ponentes, G/T y otras actividades son presentadas para enriquecer la rutina diaria de nuestros estudiantes.

Los maestros, padres y directores trabajan juntos para asegurar que cada niño tiene una experiencia positive durante el curso escolar.
