Orr Elementary will receive a special U.S. Flag to be flown next year in front of our brand new school.  The Crew of the USS New York raised the flag on the morning of November 2, 2009. Sgt. Danielle Bacon, the daughter of Jeff Palmer (Orr Fourth Grade Science Teacher) serves on the USS New York.  We are honored to have the opportunity to fly such a special flag!
