The Hubbard Middle School PTA is a non-profit organization with the following purposes that are in common with those of the National PTA and the Texas PTA:

1) To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.

2) To raise the standards of home life.

3) To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.

We’re here to assist and support the teaching and administrative staff in a variety of ways.  We provide volunteers to assist in the office and library on a regular basis and whenever there is a need.  We also provide the student directory, Husky Tales Newsletter and yearbook each year. We take pride in our teachers and staff at Hubbard, and we strive to show our appreciation to them whenever we can.  Our hospitality is shown through various activities throughout the year like celebrating their birthdays, Back to School breakfast, luncheons and seasonal treats.

We host the annual Hot Dog Supper which is a school-wide, evening event that offers family fun, games, prizes, and food. This serves as one of our biggest fundraisers for the year. With proceeds from this event and others, the PTA has been able to provide for many of the needs of our campus over the years. Most recently, the PTA donated the new marquee in front of the campus. In years past, the PTA has donated many useful things like picnic tables, benches, gym equipment, classroom materials and many more.

Our organization consists of parents, teachers, staff and community members – all interested in improving the educational experience of our children. We hope that you will consider joining us in our efforts.

The PTA purchased our new marquee and it was installed over the summer. It looks great! Drive by and see it.
