click on picture to enlarge Tom Slack, President of the Tyler ISD Foundation, presents an honorarium grant to Onella Brown, principal of Dogan Middle School and Gonzalo Campos, assistant principal. The Tyler ISD Foundation Board of Directors meet at a different campus in the District with every meeting. Dogan Middle School is named for the former President of Wiley College and he was featured in the movie, “The Debaters” starring Denzel Washington. The Foundation board directors heard presentations from Ms. Brown and Mr. Campos about the campus history, current programs and future plans.
