Welcome and thank you for visiting Miss Gipson's "Hollywood Star Showdown" where every child shines and is a star! My name is Kre'Shenda Gipson and I am delighted to be at T.J. Austin Elementary to help educate each student in all endeavors to promote them to become independent thinkers and discover learning in all ways possible for them to be successful. I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler and this is my 4th year teaching. The most wonderful thing happened to me five years ago when my 5 year old became a part of my life. He is in Kindergarten here at T.J.Austin as well. On my spare time I love to spend time with my family, read, and pretty much anything that makes me smile and laugh. I thank you for such a wonderful group of students. They are very excited about learning and READING! That lets me know that they will grow because they have positive attitudes about learning. It is vital that your child reads every night so please make sure your child reads nightly. If you ever have any questions or
