My name is Alvin Harold and I am T. J. Austin's In School Suspension Assistant.

 My Goal as ( ISS ) Assistant at T. J. Austin  to create relationships and gaining trust from students and eliminate common and chronic misbehaviors in effort to prevent disciplinary problems. Create opportunity for all students to improve classroom behaviors through relentless proactive and sustained intervention with the firm belief that all students have the ability to behave appropriately, perform well academically, and the ability to socially interact

with peers and teachers, in an effort to meet the expectations set by T.J. Austin Elementary School and the Tyler Independent School District, regardless of any circumstance, leading toward the our goals of success for each of our students.
