1. Ball Handling Drills:
a. Circles around the waist- 10 x each direction
b. Dribble full court with right/back with left hand
c. Circles around the right leg then left leg- 10 x each direction/leg
d. Crossover dribbles up and back
e. Figure 8 hand pass through legs- 10 x each direction
f. Around the back dribble up and back
g. Flip catch in front and back of legs- 30 x
2. Offensive Moves: (starting at half court)
a. Dribble hard on the right side of the court crossover and go down the
lane and make a left handed lay up- Perform 6x's on each side
b. Same move but pull up and shoot jumper inside the lane- 6x's each side
c. Same move but pull up on the left and right elbows- 6x's each side
3. 20 Foul Shots
4. Speed Drills:
a. Baseline to top of the key close out and shuffle back to the right low
block and left low block (alternate)- Perform 3 to each block.
b. Low blocks to corner closeout and shuffle to cut the baseline off.
Perform 3 to each corner.
c. Foul line hip turn and crossover to low blocks (alternate)- Perform 3
times to each side.
d. 555 shuffle- Start on the left side of the lane and shuffle so both
feet are outside the right side of the lane go back to the left and
finish back at the right. Repeat 2 times starting at each side.
