Students at
Jones will demonstrate improved reading skills that will
result in all students, Grades K-2, reading on or above
grade level and all students, Grades 3-5, passing the
TAKS reading test.
Students at
Jones will demonstrate improved writing skills that will
result in all students passing the TAKS writing test.
Academic
performance in mathematics will increase so that all
students, Grades K-2, are performing at grade level or
above in mathematics and all students, Grades 3-5, pass
the TAKS mathematics test.
The special
needs of Jones students will be addressed through the
integration of carefully designed programs that
complement the regular program.
School
attendance of Jones students will meet or exceed the
state standard of 94%.
Students at
Jones will experience a safe and positive learning
environment conducive to academic, social, physical, and
cultural growth.
Parent
involvement at Jones will increase to 100% participation.
