As a parent, I agree to support my child in his/her educational experience at Jack Elementary.  I have read and understand the policies and procedures outlined in the campus handbook.  I understand that a complete handbook can be viewed online or will be provided at my request.

As administrators, teachers, parents, and children we promise to do our part to make sure we are fostering the very best learning environment possible.  In doing so, we will need every child at Jack every day, on time, and for the entirety of the day unless ill or other extenuating circumstances.  We will need positive attitudes from all team members at all times. Respectful, responsible behavior is expected.  Next, we agree to give our attention to learning. Classroom disruptions with phone messages, etc. will be done only when necessary.  Homework and assignments will be completed on time unless there is an extenuating circumstance.  Last but not least, we will need to provide each and every child with the most supportive atmosphere possible.  Consistently encourage your child and his/her learning process.  Communicate regularly with school staff when you have questions and attend teacher conferences when requested. Together we will achieve great things!
