A.     Barham Architects are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration for Bell/Ramey.

 

B.     EHRC Architects are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration for Jack/Douglas.

 

C.     Fitzpatrick Butler/PBK, Architects (FB/PBK) are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration for Austin/Bonner.

A.                 Bell Elementary School – New Construction

 

a.       Work Completed 

Substantial Completion was established as of August 11, 2006.

 

b.      Work in Progress

Denson is working on the “Punch List” which is the correction of deficiencies.

 

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Complete Punch List by September 11th.

B.                 Ramey Elementary School – New Construction

 

a.       Work Completed

C.                 Dr Bryan C Jack Elementary – New Construction

                                

a.       Work Completed

All structural steel is complete.

 

                                    b.  Work in Progress

Finish work continues at the first and second floor of east and west ends of building.  Drywall framing and rough-in for electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and ductwork is underway on the one story classroom wing. Technology cable installation continues. Masonry work continues at the Gym/Cafetorium and brickwork at the two story classroom wing. Metal roofing will continue.

D.                 Douglas Elementary School-New Construction

 

a.   Work Completed                                         

Approximately 10,000 square feet of slab is poured and a 25,000 square foot pour was made on the 11th.  All footings for the foundation are complete.

 

b.  Work in Progress

Plumbing and electrical underground continue at the kitchen.       Structural steel commenced August the 9th.                         

                                          

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Foundation and underground work for plumbing and electrical will continue at the kitchen.  The structural steel work for the south end of  the two story classroom wing continues.

E.                  Austin Elementary School

 

a.       Work Completed 

The building pad dirtwork is complete.

 

b.      Work in Progress

Dirtwork continues at the parking lots.  The concrete foundation sub has mobilized and will commenced work on August 14th.  The retaining wall subcontractor mobilized and started the week of August 14th.

 

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Retaining wall and foundation subcontractors will continue as described above.  The plumbing and electrical underground will commence the week of August 28st.

F.                  Bonner Elementary School

 

a.       Work Completed 

 The building pad dirtwork is complete.

 

b.      Work in Progress

 The concrete foundation sub has mobilized and will commenced work on August 14th.  Retaining wall subcontractor continues to work on the west side of the site and started work on the south side of site August 14th.

 

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Retaining wall and foundation subcontractors will continue as described above.  The plumbing and electrical underground will commence the week of August 21st.
