A.     Barham Architects and EHRC Architects are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration.

 

B.     Barham Architects and EHRC Architects are reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFI’s throughout the construction process.

 

·        Construction Projects

 

A.                 Henry M. Bell Elementary School – New Construction

 

a.       Work Completed 

Earthwork is 98% complete.  The underground plumbing and electrical is complete in all areas except the Area”E” corridor.  The building slab is complete in all areas except the Area “E” corridor.  Domestic and Fire Protection water service is to the building, inspected and charged.

Kitchen grease trap has been installed and piped.  All colonnade footings are complete.  Fire line meter vault has been installed.

 

b.      Work in Progress

North stair tower masonry, south stair tower masonry and rated fire wall masonry is in progress.  Concrete subcontractor is forming the elevated stage in the cafetorium and forming the footings at the two entry towers.  Electrical rough-in in the masonry is in progress. Submittals are being turned in on schedule.

 

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Masons will continue working on stairwells and fire walls.  Structural steel for the 2-story classroom area is scheduled for delivery on November 15th.

B.                 Ramey Elementary School

 

a.       Work Completed

Earthwork is 98% complete. Keystone retaining wall is complete. Underground electrical and plumbing is complete in Areas “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”.  The slab on grade is complete in Area “A”, “B”, “C”.  Site utilities are 90% complete.  Paving of Garden Valley is complete.

 

b.      Work in Progress

Final 10% of site utilities are in progress.  Preparation for slab pour in Area “D” is in progress.  Colonnade footings are in progress.

 

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Masons will begin construction of north stairwell and south stairwell.  Kitchen grease trap will be installed.  Area “D” building slab will be poured.
