2004 Bond Board Update

·        A & E Consultants

A.     Both Design Teams will be presenting final color boards to each campus in September.

B.     Both design teams are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration.  

·        Construction Projects

A.                 Henry M. Bell Elementary School – Gym Relocation

a.       Work Completed 

Metal building is erected, electrical and HVAC is complete.  Approximately 50% of gym equipment has been reinstalled.

b.      Work in Progress

Painting of the floor.  Gym equipment installation.  Completion of punch list.

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Project will be complete by August 5^th.

B.                 Henry M. Bell Elementary School – New Construction

a.       Work Completed 

Earthwork is 95% complete.   

b.      Work in Progress

Storm drainage from 5^th street to school site will be complete July 25^th.  Concrete submittals have been submitted to the architect.

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Storm drain next to building will commence next week.  Water and sanitary sewer outside the building line will commence in two weeks.

C.                 Ramey Elementary School

a.       Work Completed

       Earthwork is 50% complete.

Remaining earthwork in progress.

Earthwork will continue.  Relocate existing 18” water main.  Utility work will continue.
