A.     Both Design Teams will be presenting final color boards to each campus in September.

B.     Both design teams are providing Construction Administration services throughout the project duration.  

·        Construction Projects

A.                 Henry M. Bell Elementary School – Gym Relocation

a.       Work Completed 

Project was completed on schedule.

b.      Work in Progress

Completion of punch list.

B.                 Henry M. Bell Elementary School – New Construction

a.       Work Completed 

Earthwork is 98% complete.  Storm drainage from 5^th street to school site is complete.  Storm drain next to building is complete.  Excavation for spread footer and grade beam in Area “A” is complete.   

b.      Work in Progress

Spread footer and foundation wall placement in Area “B” and “C” is in progress. Water and sanitary sewer outside the building is in progress. Submittals are being turned in on schedule.

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Under slab plumbing, sanitary sewer, and roof drain lines in Area “A” will begin week of 8/15.

C.                 Ramey Elementary School

a.       Work Completed

Earthwork is 95% complete.  Relocation of 18” domestic water main is complete. 

b.      Work in Progress

Remaining earthwork is in progress.  Preparation for the north retaining wall has begun.  Layout for foundation in Area “A” is in progress.  Domestic water line work is in progress.  Connecting road to Garden Valley is in progress.

c.       3-Week Look Ahead

Installation of retaining wall to begin week 8/15.  Utility work will continue.  Concrete foundation work will begin the week of 8/15.  Masonry foundation wall to begin week of 8/22.  Under slab plumbing to begin week of 8/29.
