The project consists of, but is not limited to site work, landscape and irrigation, pavement striping, asphalt paving, pre-engineered metal building disassembly, concrete pavement and chain link fencing. Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager, Denson Construction Company, Inc. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the offices of Denson Construction Company, Inc. via mail, delivery or fax at the following address: P O Box 130336, Tyler, Texas 75713. Facsimile proposals will be accepted at 903.566.4701. Proposal documents will be available at 3400 G.E. Drive, Tyler, Texas 75701. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Denson Construction Company, Inc., at 903.566.1426. Representative of Tyler I.S.D. will be present at time of proposal closing. Tyler I.S.D. and Denson Construction Company, Inc. reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals.
