    4 Free Hours of Academic Tutoring for ACT, SAT and more!

    For many students, summer is the best time to prepare for high-stakes college entrance exams such as the PSAT, SAT, and ACT, catch up on  difficult academic subjects, or get ahead in honors or Advanced Placement courses that they will be taking the upcoming school year. The summer allows students to devote the time they need to achieve superior results with fewer distractions. In an effort to continue to provide Tyler ISD families with excellent academic resources, Revolution Prep, a nationwide leader in academic and test preparation tutoring is making this offer to our students.  Offer expires June 30.     Looking for opportunities to VOLUNTEER this summer?

    Rose City Summer Camp has an amazing opportunity for high school students to give back to the community and earn community service hours. The goal is for Tyler ISD students to serve Tyler ISD students!  In the process the High School Students earn community service hours they might need for “TJC Promise”, “National Honor Society” and AVID to name a few. There is an application process.     It's not too late to do your FAFSA!

    The Free Application for Federal Student Aid for students entering college in the fall of 2017 is available NOW! Filling it out is the first step in accessing the largest source of federal, state and college financial aid. It is important for EVERY senior to fill out a FAFSA in order to take advantage of all need and merit based financial aid available.  Get more information about the FAFSA here.

     

    Raise.me Micro-Scholarships 

    Raise.me allows high school students to earn scholarships from colleges for their achievements in and out of the classroom. Starting in 9th grade, students can be eligible to start earning scholarships for their achievements like good grades, perfect attendance, leadership roles, participation in sports & clubs, community service, test scores, and more! Students can fill in their high school portfolio retrospectively with achievements going back to the start of 9th grade, and they will be eligible to earn scholarships as if they had been using Raise.me since 9th grade!  Click on Raise.me to find out more!
