RECORDS MANAGEMENT

The Records Management Office serves the district by tracking all of its records in each Tyler ISD location from the creation to the disposal of those records. While maintaining Tyler ISD records, the staff researches the information and retrieves records for departments, schools, and the public as needed.

The Records Management Office handles all public information requests, student records requests, transcript requests, as well as subpoenas and depositions by written questions.

For more information on the Records Management Office, contact Rosa Baker, Records Management Office at 903.262.3073.
