AVID Tutor Information

Opportunities range from Monday through Friday
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (during the school day)
4 - 6 hours per week
$10.00/hour

Tutorial sessions begin on Monday, September 14th

Tutors will work with small groups of junior high and high school students, under the supervision of a teacher.

 Tutors MUST attend BOTH Tutor training workshops on
Wednesday, September 9, 2009 and
Thursday, September 10, 2009
4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. both evenings

You must be CURRENTLY ENROLLED in college courses. Tutors must have good communication skills and possess basic knowledge of 6th to 12th grade subjects. 
Tutors must have dependable transportation.
