STAUBACH

Who is Stabauch Company?

Increasing concerns on the issues of over-crowded and aging facilities led Tyler ISD to issue a Request for Qualifications for Pre-Bond Program Development Services. The scope of work included determining the areas of need for renovations and new construction, facility assessments, cost estimates, and development of a multi-phase approach to addressing the particular areas of need. The firm would also be responsible for developing a master plan based on the facility assessment and data collected from a comprehensive demographic study.

Seven companies responded to the request for qualifications and submitted proposals. A committee made up of members of the board of trustees, administrators, and the community analyzed the proposals and narrowed the firms to four to return for oral presentations. At the conclusion of the process, Staubach Company, a Dallas-Ft. Worth based firm was selected to perform the services.

Members of the Staubach team dedicated to developing the master plan have experience planning and programming for districts including White Settlement ISD, Keller ISD, Southlake-Carroll ISD, Fort Worth ISD, and Arlington ISD. Other Staubach Company projects include planning and construction of facilities for corporations such as TXU Energy, MCI Worldcom, Fina, RadioShack Corporation, Daimler Chrysler, Cisco Systems, and IBM.

Staubach Company’s areas of expertise include site selection, acquisition and disposition, financing, design and construction consulting, and other outsourced services. The Staubach Company has over 50 offices in the Americas and employ over 7,600 professionals.
