Prepare lessons that instruct
parents in strategies to assist student learning.

Prepare the subject matter in
a format that can be easily understood.

Counsel with parents and
assist with planning and implementing meetings.

Schedule
assignments of special activities for the classrooms by finding
volunteers for the classroom.

Assist in coordinating
activities for parents.

Teach the parents strategies
that will help their students improve their study habits.

Employ the use of technology
in the teaching/learning process.

Assist in the selection of
books, equipment, and other instructional materials.

Effectively plans the Title I
Parent-Teacher Liaison program; provides assistance to develop education
and personal plans.

Complies with policies
established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule,
Title I, and the local
Board of Trustees in pursuing the mission of the school district.

Keeps informed about new
state and federal guidelines and policies.
