Prepare correspondence, forms, reports,
fliers, initiations, etc. for the department using approved software and
assigned computer. |

Prepare and disburse information to
principals, instructional consultants, and teachers that are on
identified Title I campuses in a timely manner. |

Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including
complex mathematical operations for the department. |

Design and create forms as needed. |

Assist with the preparation of purchase orders
and payment authorizations. |

|
Maintain physical and computerized
departmental files. |

|
Monitors and processes personnel time records
including leave requests and reports; complies information and submits
to payroll department. |

Maintain payroll for HELP teachers. |

|
Receive, sort and distribute mail and other
documents to department staff. |

|
Maintain a schedule of appointments and makes
travel arrangements for department staff. |

|
Facilitate communication with parents about
Title I programs. |

|
Assist parents with any questions and/or
concerns about summer school. |

|
Facilitate the payroll process for summer
school. |

|
Assist with compiling and preparing budgets
for Title I. |

|
Keep and log Title I information for audit
purposes. |

|
Retrieve and assemble student data from
campuses to disseminate required data for state and federal records. |

Maintain student records as needed. |

Comply with directions and instructions from
supervisor; perform other tasks and assume such responsibilities as may
be assigned. |

Maintain positive and cooperative working
relationships with colleagues and others in the conduct of district
business and demonstrate teamwork in daily activities. |
