Assist with delivering and distributing departmental mail. |

Assist with office supply inventory. |

Assist with answering department telephones promptly with a
friendly, helpful attitude. |

Assist with maintenance of transportation department
personnel records. |

Assist with department payroll records and preparation of
appropriate reports. |

Assist in maintaining driver certification, licensing and
physical examination records and coordinating appropriate procurement
efforts. |

Assist with preparation of trip-fuel and service invoices. |

|
Assist in maintaining bus rider assignment records, files. |

|
Assist with inquiries related to bus routes, limits,
assignments, and attendance boundaries. |

Assist in maintenance of map files. |

Complies with directions and instructions from supervisor
and performs other tasks and assumes such responsibilities as related to
the position and may be assigned. |

Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships
with colleagues and others in the conduct of district business and
demonstrates team work in daily activities. |
