department at Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) meetings.

Assist the special
education department by serving as translator at the Admission, Referral,
and dismissal (ARD) meetings where parents do not speak English. |

Assist non-bilingual
campuses with enrollments of students whose parents do not speak English. |

Assist the transportation
department when problems arise on one of the bilingual buses. |

|
Assist food services
department by contacting non-English speaking parents to obtain correct
documentation for lunch applications. |

Assist non-bilingual
schools by translating their forms into Spanish. |

|
Assist Head Start with
test training. |

|
Attend community meetings
during/after school hours, interpreting for non-English speaking parents
and representing the Bilingual department. |

Assist all departments
by translating material into Spanish. |

|
Complies with directions
and instructions from supervisor and performs other tasks and assumes such
responsibilities as related to the position and assigned. |

Maintains positive and
cooperative working relationships with colleagues and others in the
conduct of district business and demonstrates team work in daily
activities. |

Is prompt and timely in
completing assignments and attending to details accurately and
efficiently. |

Is regular in attendance

update PEIMS information as assigned by supervisor. |

Schedule all meeting for LPAC for the year. |

Preview and select summer school program materials and
supplies. |
