Records grades of students. |
|

Keeps daily attendance records; records student entries and withdrawals. |

7. |
Orders forms for Special Education as needed. |
|
8. |
Organizes Special Education forms for easy access. |
|
9. |
Sends forms to campuses when requested. |
|
10. |
Maintains payroll for clerical and professional staff at the alternative
school. |
|
11. |
Maintains budget information, processes purchase order requests, etc. |
|
12. |
Orders office supplies and copy machine supplies. |
|
13. |
Complies with directions and instructions from supervisor; performs other
tasks and assumes such responsibilities as may be assigned. |
|
14. |
Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues
and others in the
conduct of district business and demonstrates teamwork in daily
activities. |

15. |
Is
prompt, timely, and thorough in completing assignments and attending to
details accurately and efficiently. |

16. |
Has regular attendance and complies with notification procedures for
absences. |

Provides complete and accurate information in the conduct of district
