Travel
between schools, on an as needed basis, to perform duties assigned by
diagnosticians. |

Process "Notice of ARD" forms by completing the form, mailing to parents,
sending ARD reminder notices to parents, verbal communication with parents
and documentation of contact efforts. |

Distribute feedback sheets to teachers, collect the data, and file. |
|
4. |
Complete SER cards and send to Special Education administrative office. |
|
5. |
Maintain folders in the correct order as mandated by district guidelines
as per supervisor's directions. |
|
6. |
Audit folders for home language survey, SDAA reports, and other records. |
|
7. |
Copy records as requested by SSA, parents or other schools. etc. |
|
8. |
Copy records for AEP and send verification to AEP. |
|
9. |
Receive and direct incoming telephone calls. |
|
10. |
Get LEP list from campus administrators, file LPAC information for Special
Education in the eligibility folder. |

11. |
Assist in the collection of re-evaluation information by reviewing AS-400
enrollment information, home language survey, student class schedule,
parent contact information, health screening information and distributing
required forms for completion. |

Access records on the AS-400. |

13. |
Assist in the dissemination of modification sheets. |
|
14. |
Assist in organizing and collating ARD documents at the completion of ARD
meeting. |
|
15. |
Assist in the preparation of Annual Review Summaries. |
|
16. |
Promote a positive attitude toward special needs students and services. |
|
17. |
Comply with directions and instructions from supervisor and performs other
tasks and assumes such responsibilities as may be assigned. |

Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues
and others in the conduct of district business and demonstrates team work
in daily activities. |

Is prompt, timely and thorough in completing assignments and attending to
details accurately. |

Meet attendance standards and complies with notification procedures for

Provide complete and accurate information in the conduct of district
