- Prepares videos to be placed on shelf, i.e. bar codes, numbers, etc.

- Assist teachers and librarians with Poster Printer Plus, Button Maker, Bumper Sticker Machine, Spiral Binder, etc.

- Assist teachers with Desktop Publishing and Internet searches.
|
- Make new die samples for librarians.
|
- Use Ellison dies for creating workshop materials.
|
- Keep die machine pads replaced when worn; keep dies in order when adding new ones.
|
- Maintain Teacher Allotment accounts for teachers.
|
- Provide reports for Teacher Allotment expenditures.
|
- Copy materials, collate materials, enlarge and reduce materials for teachers.
|
- Laminate as required and replace film when needed.
|
- Answer phones, type, search for books and videos on computer.
|
- Assist teachers and librarians locate resource materials; assist teachers using teacher allotment.
|
- Shelve and pull videos, Big Books, and books.
|
- Check books and magazines in and out of library to campuses.
|
- Review new videos for media; check new videos for possible problems.
|
- Serves as greeter for teachers and parents entering IRC.
|
- Provides instructional/classroom display and ideas for teachers.
|
- Orders all supplies for department.
|
- Maintains budget for departments.
|
- Assists librarians as needed with budget expenditures.
|
- Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and others in the conduct of district business and demonstrates teamwork
in daily activities.

- Is prompt, timely, and thorough in completing assignments and attending to details accurately and efficiently.

- Coordinates set-up, food, and supplies for staff development sessions.

- Is regular in attendance and complies with notification procedures for absences.

- Provides complete and accurate information in the conduct of district business.

- Maintains confidentiality in the conduct of district business.

- Complies with district policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
