QUALIFICATIONS:
Be a high school graduate or hold a GED certificate;
Have experience related to working with students or parents;
Keyboarding and computer proficiency
To comply with the "No Child Left Behind" requirements, at least 48 semester hours of college credit or
pass a rigorous test to be administered through Region VII.
Desire and ability to work with students and effectively communicate with staff, students, and parents.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB GOALS:
To reproduce materials for faculty and staff so that maximum benefit will be realized by the educational program of assigned campus.
To assist campus staff as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Noncontractual (At-will); Clerical/Technical Paygrade1 Estimated 185 days; estimated 8 hrs daily Wage/hour status: nonexempt
EQUIPMENT USED:
Uses copier, computer, typewriter, telephone, and switchboard.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands: REading; ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control under stress.
Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Moderate standing, stooping, bending, and lifting.
