Set-up and
operate folders, collators, paper drills and stapling equipment |

Package and
label requested documents or materials for proper routing to destination. |

10. |
Receiving
and shipping T.I.S.D. Graphics Department freight. |
|
11. |
Monitor all
phases of proofreading, cut and paste, digital reproductions, paper drill,
paper cutters, strapping machine, folders, copiers, shipping and receiving
operations, etc. |

12. |
Perform
daily startup and/or shutdown department equipment. |
|
13. |
Clean
department equipment weekly. |
|
14. |
Designate
specific assignments to proper equipment and department employees daily. |
|
15. |
Monitor
activity and production of equipment and department employees daily and
document weekly. |
|
16. |
Expedite all
requests for materials or documents through proper channels. |
|
17. |
Complies
with directions and instructions from supervisor and performs other tasks
and assumes such responsibilities as may be assigned. |

Maintains
positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and others
in the conduct of district business and demonstrates team work in daily
