Regular Monthly Board Meetings:
Executive Session 6 p.m.
Regular Session 7 p.m.
Regular board meetings are traditionally held on the
third Thursday of each month (unless otherwise posted) at the Dr.
Jack L. Davidson Conference Center located in the Plyler
Instructional Complex, 807 W. Glenwood Tyler, Texas.
As the governing body of Tyler Independent School District,
the Board of Trustees is comprised of seven members, each
elected from single-member districts. Board members serve
three-year terms.
Regular school board meetings air live on TISD TV Channel 19 the
third Thursday each month. The meetings re-air every Saturday at
2:30 p.m. and every Monday at 8:30 p.m.
