Regular board meetings are traditionally held on the
third Thursday of each month (unless otherwise posted) at the Dr.
Jack L. Davidson Conference Center located in the Plyler
Instructional Complex, 807 W. Glenwood Tyler, Texas.
As the governing body of Tyler Independent School District,
the
Board of Trustees is comprised of seven members, each elected from
single-member districts. Board members serve three-year terms. All regularly
scheduled meetings are cablecast live on TISD TV Channel 19.
