The school day ends at 3:40 pm. All students must be off campus no later than 4:00 pm.  Students participating in Athletics or other Extra-curricular activities must report to those areas immediately after 3:40 pm.   

Boulter M.S. offers an extended day program for parents in need of after school supervision for their child/children.  There is a $20.00 monthly fee.  The fee will pay for an adult supervisor and a daily snack for students.  The fee is due on the 1st of each month.   Students will report to the assigned area immediately after school and will remain with the instructor until they are picked up.  All students should be picked up no later than 5:00 pm.

Dogan Middle School

8:00 am Student supervision begins -  Students left on campus before 8:00 a.m. will not be supervised by Dogan faculty or staff.
8:00 Cafeteria open breakfast. 

Tutoring will also begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
.  Teachers may make other arrangements for tutorials after school, but such arrangements will be communicated by teachers directly to you.

James S. Hogg Middle School

Morning Procedures:  Students arriving before 8:00 will report to the cafeteria.  Students needing tutorials will report to assigned classes beginning at 8:00 and will be dismissed to do so from the cafeteria. Tutorials will occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.   If your child needs to be attending tutorials and arrives at 8:00, he/she will need to report straight to the assigned class.  If your child is not attending tutorials, he/she will report to the gym (boys) or auditorium (girls) if arriving before 8:35.  All students arriving before 8:35 will report to the gym (boys) or auditorium (girls) on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

After School:  Please be reminded of the following safety guidelines after school.

Students are not to cross Broadway.  They are to go by way of the tunnel.  Students crossing anywhere except a marked crosswalk can be issued a ticket.  This is extremely important for student safety.  Broadway is a busy street and we do not want any student injured in any way.  

Parents are not to either drop off or pick up their child on Broadway.  This is extremely dangerous and parents can be issued a ticket for impeding traffic. 

Students should stay on the sidewalks, not grass. 

Students should not exit the campus down the steps located on the corner of Dobbs and Broadway.  They will need to use the steps next to the driveway.  Your cooperation is appreciated as this is to ensure safety for all.

Once students have left the campus, they should not return unless they are coming for a book, etc. 

Students should be picked up at 3:45.  Adequate supervision is not available after that time.  Please help us keep your children safe by making arrangements for them to be picked up at that time.
